HISWA-RECRON: National organisation of water sports and recreational companies.

Since 2001 INS is qualified / certified Yacht Surveyor. A HISWA CERTIFIED YACHT SURVEYOR must be competent, independent and have many years of experiences in the business prior membership is possible.

Organisation of valuers of several subgroups as marine and ship, transport road, estate, art, environmental etc…. Since the foundation is INS / Mr Rudiger Gelper memner of this Register.

EMCI: EUROPEAN MARITIME CERTIFICATION INSTITUTE

Since the start of this register International Nautical Services is a fully certified member as surveyor and mediator.

ABOUT EMCI REGISTER

EMCI Register records and certifies EMCI maritime practitioners (maritime arbitrators, brokers, mediators & surveyors, yachtbrokers, shipbrokers, brokers barges & houseboats, marinesurveyors, yachtsurveyors, harbourmasters) and their companies.
EMCI Register is the global mark and register for well-trained EMCI maritime practitioners.
EMCI maritime practitioners work locally, nationally and internationally, are connected to a variety of sectors and are distinguished by specializations.
EMCI Register is a subsidiaryof registration and certification specialist Global Network Group. As a direct result EMCI maritime practitioners are made more visible in several registers and essential online register functions & search engines are monitored and upgraded 24/7.
EMCI Register holds several international accreditations, such as ISO 9001, QAP IMI.

EMCI registration and certification can be linked to membership of a professional or industry association branch

Disciplinary rules

Each practitioner is subject to the operation of the disciplinary rules.
The disciplinary rules are linked to code of conduct and procedure requirements.

Dispute settlement & arbitration

Professional rules for dispute settlement & arbitration are available.
Practitioners and their clients can voluntary choose to settle a dispute by complying with these rules.
The procedure is more time- and cost effective than a regular law-case.

Internal investgations

EMCI Register holds the right to start an internal investigation.
Practitioners must co-operate when asked.

Insurance

All full certified EMCI maritime practitioners have a qualifying liability insurance.

Well educated and trained | ongoing maintenance knowledge and skills

Each certificate holder is professionally trained and required each year to refresh their own knowledge and skills.
The annual maintenance obligations are regulated in the CPD program (Continuing Professional Development).

Facilitating

EMCI Register facilitates its certificate holders.
Through agreements procurement benefits from suppliers are negotiated, for example relating to online workstations / insurance.
EMCI maritime certificateholders may use model documents and support services.
